We’re excited to introduce our new website. Over time, AIR SUPPORT has continued to grow and so has our digital presence. Until now, information about our solutions has been spread across separate websites for PPS Flight Planning, OpsControl, and AIR SUPPORT. With the launch of our new website, everything is now brought together in one place. The goal is simple: to make it easier to find information, explore our solutions, and understand how everything connects across flight operations.

An Updated Design with Improved Navigation

The new website introduces an updated structure and improved navigation while keeping the visual identity you know from AIR SUPPORT. You will still recognize the colours, layout, and overall look, but behind the scenes, the structure has been redesigned. Pages have been reorganized, navigation has been simplified, and content is easier to access across devices. At the same time, all existing content, including product pages, articles, and updates, has been moved to the new platform. This ensures continuity while improving the overall user experience.

You can continue to use it as you do today to access documentation, guides, and support materials. There are no changes to how the Help Center works.

The new website will be the primary digital platform for AIR SUPPORT going forward. The previous websites will no longer be updated, which means all new content and updates will be published on this platform. We hope the new structure makes it easier to find what you are looking for and gives a clearer overview of how our solutions support daily flight operations.

We’re officially FF-ICE certified

In December 2025, we received our official FF-ICE certification, meaning all PPS X 1.2 customers are fully FF-ICE compliant through their flight planning system.
 
This milestone follows extensive regulatory work by AIR SUPPORT’s Development and Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance teams in close cooperation with EUROCONTROL, ensuring PPS X was aligned with FF-ICE requirements well ahead of the implementation deadline.

For PPS X 1.2 users, the message is clear:

✔️ Your flight planning workflows are ready for FF-ICE

At AIR SUPPORT, customer satisfaction survey is at the heart of everything we do. Every year, we conduct a customer satisfaction survey to ensure that we continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our global user base. In December 2024, we reached out to our customers, and we’re proud to share the results from 103 participating, anonymous companies—a 20% response rate, reflecting the high level of engagement from our users worldwide.

Meet our Dedicated Support Team

Our Support Team is a dedicated professionals, led by Chief Customer Support Officer Henrik Holm, with the assistance of four managers, each with their own area of responsibility. Our support staff is organized into specialized teams, each focused on its core competencies. Uniquely, all helpdesk and support employees also serve as Client Account Managers, ensuring personalized and knowledgeable service for each customer.

Every new team member undergoes a comprehensive internal education program under the guidance of experienced staff members. This thorough training process ensures that all employees are well-prepared to meet our high service standards. The manager of the team oversees continuous training and live competency assessments to maintain and enhance skills.

Our mission is to support and serve our customers’ needs at any time, aiming to provide the best support service in the computer flight planning industry. Our entire support staff embraces this mission, and they are committed to delivering exceptional service 24/7, 365 days a year, through telephone and email communication. There is always a supporter, a manager, and an IT developer on duty to ensure that we can address any issues promptly and efficiently. Our Help Center further supports customers with self-service options, including manuals, guides, release notes, and other documentation.
