Connecting Canada’s Aviation Community
The ATAC Canadian Aviation Conference and Tradeshow brings together operators, suppliers, government stakeholders, and other organisations involved in commercial aviation and flight training in Canada. ATAC describes the event as a national gathering focused on networking, learning, and business opportunities across the Canadian aviation sector.
The 2026 programme covers a broad range of topics affecting the industry, with committee meetings and sessions addressing areas including flight operations, technical operations and MRO, safety, security, flight training, air cargo, environmental issues, and emerging aviation challenges.
The conference takes place at the Westin Bayshore Hotel in Vancouver from November 17-19.
Enjoy the Coffee Break with AIR SUPPORT
We believe that some of the most valuable conversations at industry events happen between the scheduled sessions. That’s why we’re pleased to sponsor the Wednesday morning coffee break from 09:20-10:00 in the tradeshow area. The coffee break provides an opportunity for delegates to take a break, connect with fellow aviation professionals, and exchange ideas before the day’s sessions continue.
If you’re attending, grab a coffee and look out for our team. We’d be happy to talk about what’s happening in your operation and where AIR SUPPORT’s solutions could fit.
Meet with AIR SUPPORT in Vancouver
Brett Danks and Kevin Horne will be attending the conference and are available to meet throughout the event.
We’d be happy to hear about your current setup and challenges, whether you’re looking at ways to reduce planning workload, improve flight tracking, strengthen operational visibility, or connect your existing systems.
Explore AIR SUPPORT’s Flight Operations Solutions
The challenges facing flight operations are rarely isolated to one part of the workflow. Planning teams need to balance efficiency, fuel costs, operational requirements, and integrations, while dispatch and OCC teams need reliable visibility of flights and the information required to respond to changes.
AIR SUPPORT provides software for both sides of this workflow.
PPS Flight Planning®
Helps operators automate repetitive planning tasks, optimise routes and fuel consumption, and adapt planning workflows to their specific operation. Flexible integrations with scheduling, crew, EFB, and maintenance systems help reduce manual work and connect flight planning with the wider operation.
OpsControl®
Gives dispatchers and OCC teams a central operational view of flights, weather, NOTAMs, and alerts. Its manage-by-exception approach helps teams focus on the flights and events that require attention, while multiple tracking sources, including ACARS, help maintain flight visibility.
Together, PPS Flight Planning and OpsControl Flight Tracking support a connected workflow from pre-flight planning through flight monitoring.
Let’s Meet in Vancouver
If you’re attending ATAC 2026, we’d be happy to arrange a coffee or meeting during the conference.
There is no need to schedule a formal product demonstration or visit a booth. Simply tell us what you’d like to discuss and when you’re available, and we’ll find a convenient time and place to meet.
