09.00 – 10.00: Arrival and networking with pastries, sandwiches, chia pudding and fruit skewers, with coffee, tea and chilled juices.
10.00 – 11.00: Welcome & Introduction by Michael Bjerrum, CCO at AIR SUPPORT
11.00 – 12.00: PPS X 1.2 and 1.3 – New Versions of Flight Planning
12.00 – 13.00: Lunch: Enjoy an international lunch buffet served with soft drinks and water.
13.00 – 14.00: Airline Customer Case
14.00 – 14.15: Break: Enjoy an afternoon break with savory bites, wraps, sandwiches, and cookies, served with chilled juices, coffee, and tea.
14.15 – 15.00: Flight Tracking for OCCs and Dispatchers
15.00 – 16.00: Airline Customer Case
16.00 – 18.00: Networking Event: Join your fellow flight operation colleagues for two hours of networking while enjoying a selection of rolls, chicken goujons and peanuts, accompanied by soft drinks, fruit juices and mineral water.

Days 2-3 – Training Sessions have a fee of USD 160 per participant, due upon registration.
