We are pleased to invite all customers and users of our software solutions to our upcoming User Group Meeting. Participation is free of charge for employees from companies with a valid software license agreement with AIR SUPPORT A/S. Please note that travel and accommodation expenses are not included and must be covered by the participating companies.

Enhancing User Skills and Technical Knowledge
We offer basic and advanced training sessions in OpsControl®, PPS Flight Planning®, and CrewBriefing; all designed to enhance skills and deepen the technical understanding of our software solutions.
News, Networking, and Knowledge Sharing
Join other flight operations and software users and explore strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Our crew of aviation professionals and software specialists will discuss methods and tools designed to optimize flight operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and improved performance.

For registration, a personal company email is required per person. Each registration below can include registration of up to 6 people.
Attending the meeting is free of charge for employees from companies with a valid software license agreement with AIR SUPPORT A/S. Please note that travel and accommodation expenses outside the official program are not included and must be covered by the participating companies.
You can only participate in the conference with a visible member badge, which will be delivered upon arrival at the meeting and with a registration min. 14 days before the event.
A no show fee will be charged if we haven't received you cancellation two weeks before the event starts.

*Fast-track visa application: AIR SUPPORT has been authorised to apply for a business visa for our user group event. If you choose 'yes' to the last question, we will email you after you've clicked 'register me for the event' with a request for additional information so that we can apply for a business visa for User Group 2026. Expect a minimum of 30 days for handling. On December 22, 2025, we close for the fast-track Visa Application.
